We know that things don’t always go to plan. It’s our goal to deal with any product returns as quickly and as fairly as we possibly can.
Change of Mind
Any goods purchased from Meshstore may be returned for a credit within 14 days of delivery.
- You, the customer are responsible for returning the goods to our branch.
- All returned items must be in an as-new and saleable condition.
- A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied to any returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods
It’s rare, but if your order isn’t right when it arrives. We will investigate and remedy the situation as soon as we can. There are a few things you can do to help make this process as quick and smooth as possible:
- Ideally raise the matter immediately with the delivery driver.
- Keep the delivery docket safe.
- Take photos of any damage or other relevant features of the delivery.
- Contact the delivering branch as soon as possible.
If you believe that there is a quality issue with any product you have bought from Meshstore. Please take photographs (if appropriate) and contact your local branch so we can investigate it for you.
